"How long does it take for my order to arrive?"

Our production time is 3–5 business days, even for personalized products – which is exceptionally fast for handmade products. Then shipping follows (usually 1–3 days). We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email so you know exactly when your package will arrive.

"Isn't all that glitter delicate?"

Not at all, that's one of the biggest misconceptions. Our glitter fabrics and sequins are securely sewn, the seams are reinforced, and all products are designed for everyday use. Even after washing, everything remains brilliantly beautiful. Many of our customers write to us: "Looks like new even after washing!"

"Why are your products more expensive than others?"

Our prices reflect genuine craftsmanship – Made in Germany. Each product is individually crafted from high-quality, certified materials that are robust, durable, and animal-friendly. You don't get mass-produced goods, but a durable favorite piece that perfectly matches your horse or dog. And: Our quality saves you money in the long run because you don't have to constantly buy new items.

"Can I wash your products?"

Yes! Almost all of our products are machine washable. The materials were deliberately chosen to remain robust, dimensionally stable, and colorfast. Glitter, seams, fabrics, everything stays in place. You will always find the exact care instructions directly with the product.

"Are your products really handmade?"

Yes, every single piece is created in our German manufactory. We cut, sew, and inspect everything ourselves, no outsourcing, no mass production. This guarantees short delivery times and consistently high quality.

"What exactly is the heat cushion for?"

Our heat cushion is perfect for loosening your horse's muscles before riding. Cold and humidity often lead to tension, the cushion promotes blood circulation, helps with relaxation, and supports your horse naturally. Completely without electricity, filled with organic spelt husks, a real wellness product for your horse.

"When should I use the heat cushion – before or after riding?"

Ideally before riding or training, when the muscles are still cool and inflexible. This gently warms them up before they have to work. After exercise, the cushion is less effective because the body has already produced its own heat and then cools down quickly.

"How do I find the right size?"

For each product in the shop, you will find a size chart with photos to help you with measuring. If you are unsure, you can send us a photo or the measurements of your horse or dog, and we will help you find the perfect size.

"I'm unsure if my color combination will work, what if I don't like it?"

Just ask us before ordering! We will advise you honestly and check if your color wishes can be implemented as you imagine. Subsequent changes are usually no longer possible because we start production immediately, but we do everything to ensure you get your desired product.

"Can I exchange personalized products?"

Since personalized items are custom-made for you, they are excluded from exchange. But if something really doesn't fit or you're dissatisfied, please contact us – we always find a fair solution for both sides.

"How long do the products really last?"

Very long! Our fabrics, seams, and fittings are designed for intensive use, whether in the stable or on daily walks. Our customer feedback shows: even after months of use, the products still look great and function perfectly.
