Calwiaro - More than just a brand ♥

The founders of Calwiaro are us: Laura and Hannah Hillebrand, twin sisters, 28 years old. Our four dogs Phine, Lilli, Holly, and Emma, and our Haflinger gelding Alando are part of our family.

Calwiaro is more than just a job for us. It's our passion, our love for animals and craftsmanship. Our animals are as much a part of Calwiaro as we are. They are the first to diligently test new products and product improvements thoroughly after we have made them.

In our manufactory, we specialize in textile products and only carry our own brand in our assortment.

How Calwiaro came to be..

The story of Calwiaro begins in 2017, under a different name at the time. Since childhood, animals, especially dogs and horses, have accompanied us daily. Starting as a hobby for extravagant horse accessories, we began to share it with the world in 2017. We started in our childhood rooms at our parents' house. In 2019, we moved into our first retail store in our hometown of Mönchengladbach. However, everything quickly burst at the seams, so in 2021, we relocated to a retail store of about 80 square meters in Viersen's city center. To this day, it is Calwiaro's home. All your individual products are created here, and it has become our second home. Here we spend countless hours together with our animals. New ideas are forged, and new products are created and improved.

We always aim for every product to not only look unique and special but also to be functionally adapted to the needs of humans and animals. Our love for animals motivates us to develop products that improve the well-being and quality of life of our four-legged friends. Therefore, quality, durability, comfort, and compatibility are our top priorities. Our biggest critics and testers are our Haflinger gelding Alando and our four dogs Holly, Emma, Lilli, and Phine.

We offer our customers the opportunity to design each product according to their preferences or choose from an existing selection. We handcraft everything in our manufactory in Viersen on the Middle Lower Rhine in Germany.

With continuous improvement and a passion for functional and aesthetically pleasing products, we strive to enrich horse and dog lovers throughout the DACH region and around the world with CALWIARO as a trusted brand for high-quality horse and dog accessories.
