Returns and Exchanges
Each of our products is made with great love and care, individually handcrafted to your wishes.
Therefore, please understand that exchanges or returns of custom-made products are excluded.
To ensure you find the perfect size for you and your four-legged friend, each product includes detailed information as well as size or measurement instructions. Should you still be unsure, please contact us in advance at any time, and we will be happy to assist you personally.
Do you have a problem with your order?
Please contact us before returning anything. Please do not send back packages without prior arrangement to avoid misunderstandings and shipping costs.
You purchased an in-stock product and would like to return it?
Products that have not been custom-made for you can be returned within the statutory period of 14 days after receipt, provided they are unused and in perfect condition. Again, please contact us in advance and do not simply send the package back. The shipping costs for the return must be borne by you in this case.
Damaged product in the package?
Should your ordered product have been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can find a suitable solution together.
